"The location was very convenient and easy to get to Indian Wells. Restaurants were convenient and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and friendly. When it came to cleanliness is was lacking. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Never looked vacuumed. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. Some housekeepers did better when it came to leaving enough linens. "We were greated by the very nice staff upon arrival, who gave us a super room since it was my birthday, so thank you! The pool was lovely, and most important of all, quiet and relaxing. So many hotels play blaring music, and I’m so glad this place isn’t one of them. Everybody has been helpful and kind, and I felt this was good value for money. Thanks for having us! "

"Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice clean room. My only complaint was the ice maker in the fridge. It's the only ice available, and in room 412 it didn't work. Also, it chattered all night, as if it were trying to turn. Very annoying."
