"I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center...

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"We had a great stay at Family Affair. It was our first time in Palermo and the hotel was walking distance to all of the major landmarks, but away from the noise and chaos of the historic center. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is stunning with beautiful residential buildings and local shops and restaurants. "
