"The hotel advertises laundry facilities but there are none. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay there, allso because of the perfect location. I would have left, but started to wash my laundry in the sink, but there was no hot water, only cold, and then the water cut out.... There was no breakfast or any coffee the first morning of my stay - stating that I was "too early" (it was 7:45 am on a monday). There was no internet throughout my stay, although they kept promising me it would be available in the next few hours - but it never happened. I'm sure there are valid reasons for these issues - but to charge over 100$/ night for no water, no laundry, no internet, not even provide a free meal or drink...is a bit much. That being said the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. The bed very comfortable and good A/C. There is a totally functional kitchen - though without any basic necesseties, like coffee, oil or salt I don't know how you are expected to cook. There were 2 bathrooms, though only 1 with toilet paper. There was a nice desk with a monitor, but the outlets were inaccessible so it was useless. The balcony was nice to have. I really want to like this hotel - I travel often to Yaoundé and need a reliable place to stay, but won't return until I can be sure it has the amenities one needs for a business trip. "

"The place is worth the stay and the money, right in the prime residential area of Yaoundé (Bastos). I would say the place is home away from home. Their apartments are spacious with homely features with a real kitchen (not a kitchenette), a spacious bedroom, a vast and ventilated living room with access to a spacious bathroom. The concierge and the entire are also welcoming and very supportive, making sure one feels home"
