"We arrived at the hotel & realized they were renovating the place & was not too happy about that. There was a note at the front desk saying from 7:00 am -7:00 pm there would be some noise, due to the renovating. I wish that the website would have let us know in advance. It is just 5 minutes from the Maverick Center & there’s a restaurant right in the parking lot! We stayed one night & didn’t hear too much noise. "

"The only thing I would want them to change is the new alarm system. The sensor in the room has a flashing light on the ceiling. When you pull the drapes the light will brighten the room every 30 secs( yes, I counted). They were kind enough to give me a sleep mask, but I didn't use it. To fix the problem place a piece of duct tape over the pin hole sized light on top of the sensor. Problem solved. "

"I love that the pool was open 24 hours. We were able to go sightsee/shop and bribe my 11 year old to not complain as he could swim whenever we got back to the room as a reward! The front desk staff were so nice and let my son borrow a sharpie as we headed out to a Jazz game. I thought breakfast was really good and had many options. The area around the hotel gave us good vibes and we felt safe. We will put your hotel on the “safe to stay” list we have made. "
