"Our stay was wonderful. The location worked for a day in town or getting out to hike and bike. The service was spectacular. Each time we needed anything, our needs were met. "Many rules of the hotel was not clear during reservation on the website: The SPA is not free of charge but we must pay 8€ per day per person, water was not so hot as must be in a SPA and was very dirty too! The towels for the SPA is to pay daily and is forbidden to use room towels. Dinner of 31/12 is counted also if we don't take it. If we leave The hotel before end of reservation we have to pay one day more. At the end of this the receptionist is very impolite and forgot to give us back our...
