BUT The key was not in the lock box as noted in the confirmation email… I could not believe it… when we arrived in the middle of the night we could not enter the loft , so with three children we had to sit on the stairs outside at 2am, were forced to book the most expensive hotel instead and new taxi ride , and went to bed at 3 o’clock in the morning, angry and Exhausted after full day off, walking through airport and...

"Instructions were fine. We had some problems to find to underground garage, but got help immediately. Apartment was lovely and spacious. There was everything we needed and more. 2 bathrooms was luxury. View was amazing with hot air balloons flying on saturday morning. Some small broken things could be fixed to give more finnish to the atmosphere. And a little minus to the elevator not working all the time. Communication was perfect. "

"Very nice service and location is not far away from Old Town center and Main bus station. Also, really huge supermarket, that works till 23:00 is located just few minutes ago from the hotel. I am pretty sure, if I'll go to Vilnius- I will go to the same hotel. Thank you!"

"We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good . "Stay here! This hotel was fantastic in every way. It was my first trip to Lithuania with my father who was born here. The trip was so special and this hotel made it perfect. We arranged an airport pickup and the driver met us at the airport with a name card. It was 35€ for three of us right up to the door. We took a Bolt taxi on the way back but the car service was special for arrival. We flew in for the Christmas markets and New Year’s Eve and it was located perfectly between them both. Walkable both ways and three convenience stores between. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants also right on our street. Reception helped us with every question and we even got a complimentary bottle of champagne on New Year’s Eve. Rooms were clean and cozy and quiet. We took advantage of the breakfast offerings nearby we didn’t eat in the hotel but it was nice to know it was there. Lots the artistic touches (and short distance to museums) especially as an art teacher! We would stay here again without hesitation! Don’t sleep on roaming down Literatų street right next door, too. "

"You cannot get any closer to the old town. The check in and support from the front desk were excellent. Breakfast was good. Personally, I lovedbeing able to hear the noon bells from my room. I was on the top floor, so in the night I did hear the snow slide off the room a couple of times, something I found amusing and the hotel had no contol over-just something to consider as to what floor you ask to be on in the winter."

"We chose this property to be close to the Vilnius International Airport. We were only a 5 minute walk to the airport, so we turned in our rental car when we got there. Enjoyed the nice, clean, modern room. The Staff was fantastic. Dinner was wonderful. And the breakfast before our flight was great! "
