"Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. "Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests.
