"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "Max and Angelica (Manager) were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet and the Hotel is in a great location near shopping gyms and a great food court nearby. Lots of train stations nearby to Manhattan and so many dining options in the neighborhood. It’s also near a park (for ones) as the hotel is pet friendly. I enjoyed my stay. "
