"Love the worlpool, pool, great to do a few laps early in the morning and enjoy the worlpool at night .the rooms are really nice and confortable. I appreciate the fact that I can get a snack late in the evening Wish check out would be 12 instead of 11. Second time I stay here over night wen I travel . Employees are professional and friendly. Will come back"

"The staff were a pleasure and did everything the could and then some to ensure a lovely stay. We had a small complication (unrelated to the hotel) and a particular staff member (I did not get her name) went above and beyond to assist us and made things just that much better. We have a family “staycation” every year just before Christmas and have been going to the Chateau Laurier often then tried the Weston and then this time the Lord Elgin. It is safe to say we will be returning to this location annually at a minimum to continue to our tradition. "

"We were very grateful for the staffs ability to accommodate our change of plans and change our rooms and add a new one in last minute. It was a perfect place to stay to go to the World Jr games and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning Aswell. A cute little bar is right beside it and they had good pizza and wings so it worked out perfectly for our trip. "
