"The most disappointing masia weโ€™ve stayed in. They were more interested in making money than their guestsโ€™ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasnโ€™t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldnโ€™t advertise that it has heating if theyโ€™re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. They even charged us for ordering extra coffee (tiny cup) at breakfast. "

"We didnโ€™t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! "The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay.
