"Loved Citybox! Hotel was clean and quiet and room was just the right size. Was traveling solo and never felt unsafe there. Was in a great location within walking distance to sites, food and shopping. Five minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend!!"

Check in was stressful because I couldn't initially find the hotel's reservation number (not Expedia's confirmation number) and then even though I had prepaid, the self check in machine said I owed money. Apparently that's a glitch and it got resolved by checking in with the person at the bar (which is also the reception) but still stressful. "Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"Great location and the view from the 33rd floor terrace is impressive. As an able bodied person, getting in and out of the deep shower/bath was a challenge. I think its time for an upgrade. There would be better more modern/updated options around for a better price. "
