"Friendly reception team. Apartments are a lovely size and had a nice view of the pool. Easy to park outside. Pool was warm and lots of sunbeds. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Really happy we chose this apartment for the facilities and the location."

"We stayed here on a 4 day trip, 2 adults, Thursday - Monday Room has no air conditioning and had a whiff of sewer.. Food is awful and is often cold, even when the restaurant has just opened. Food is repeated for 3-4 meal times in various forms The sunbeds are locked until 10 - however they are unlocked about 9.45 or so.. but in lieu of sunbeds being reserved the chairs from the pool bar are moved into the spots people want and then exchanged for sunbeds when they're unlocked.. other guests...

"The property was great for a short or long stay, spacious, clean, and ocean view. Heads up: the bed is not king size, it’s two twin beds together. The area is safe and walkable, but not the best for historical things, but you have the beach, restaurants, shopping, and groceries around."

"Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. "Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location. "
