I like that its close to SeaWorld and many other attractions. Staff members were nice. However, breakfast should be free like most hotels. And for the family suite, the bathroom sinks should be installed outside the bathroom and not inside. I had a family of 6 so the bathroom wait time was no good. Toiletries should also be big bottles installed inside the shower and not 2 little bottles for the whole family.

The hotel is clean, neat and the general staff are friendly. The manager Carlos, however is very rude and disrespectful. He spoke to guest in condescending manner, pointing his finger and making threats. Despite the hotel stay itself being fine, I will never return to this place.

I had stayed a this hotel around four years ago and the first time i thought the hotel was decent and well kept. It has changed some as it looks a little run down, dirty carpet, room was not cleaned properly as there seemed to be dust in or around the lamps. I think it has lost some quality and will probably explore other hotels in the future.
