The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous at check in. During our stay, the inside lock closed on it's own when we left and he was quick find maintenance to help who was also very prompt and nice. Although we didn't use the pool it has a very beautiful appearance along with a large fitness center and arcade area.

Getting There: Note that the hotel appears as "Townplace Suites" on Google Maps, not "SpringHill Suites." This caused some confusion as our initial Lyft driver took us to a different SpringHill location, requiring a second ride to reach the correct hotel. Accommodations: Our stay was comfortable overall. When we encountered a noisy air conditioning unit upon arrival, the staff promptly fixed it without requiring a room change. The kind and patient staff enhanced our experience throughout our stay. Don't expect above and beyond though. You have to ask for what you want. Dining: The breakfast offerings were a hit, especially the Mickey Mouse waffles that delighted our children. While dining options are limited, the food quality is very good. Transportation: The hotel provides park transportation, but timing is crucial - you must wait outside to avoid missing the shuttle. Important note: Return service is only available from Epcot. When we tried reaching the Epcot pickup point from Disney Studios via the free Disney skyliner, we weren't allowed access to the pickup area. Plan to use Lyft or Uber for returns from other parks. Value: Given the reasonable price point, comfortable accommodations, and included amenities, this hotel offers good value despite some transportation limitations. Overall: We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others, especially considering the price point.

Checked in early and let them know with our flight we would need a later check in. Arrived to the hotel just to find out that they “didn’t have a room” for us. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was good. Restaurant on property was good. A few things I didn’t like… they advertise shuttle transportation to the Disney parks, however the only park they take you to Epcot. This would’ve been good to know in advance. We spent money on Ubers we didn’t plan to spend. Also small but inconvenient complaint, they know we had 5 people in our room, yet at check-in we only had 3 towels in our room. We had to go ask for 2 more. Then after housekeeping came, they took all the used towels (which were NOT placed on the floor) and only left 3 clean towels again.

Close to Disney world Resort and Disney Spring. The shuttle to Disney World was late in our first of stay, but we took Lyft to Disney world and it only took a few minutes for us to arrive.
