"Our room was right beside the elevator but we honestly didn’t hear it at all. Unfortunately our window looked out onto the roof of the lobby so we couldn’t see a thing, although it did muffle the highway sounds. We had no idea that the sea lion dock was right behind the hotel and they were LOUD. We were quite thankful to be on the highway side so we didn’t hear them from our room. "

"Nice, big room - obviously was once a "fancier" hotel and our room had a living space with sink, microwave, large dorm fridge, couch, and coffee table. There was even a balcony, but the doors were locked closed. The room had a few minor quirks (the extra sink faucet was very wobbly, that sort of thing), but it was quite adequate and definitely a bargain for what we paid!!! We would definitely stay there again."
