"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."

For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. On a previous visit in a cheaper room we had an iron provided , a functioning coffee machine and milk and a larger table. This was a warm cosy room.The coffee machine this time did not work.
