"The only negative remark is that there were stains on the wall -like someone killed a mosquito or another insect on the wall. Also, it would be nice if the apartment had mosquito net on the windows. While there was some net around the beds only, it didn’t stop mosquitoes from being in the apartment and seeing that there is no air conditioner, opening the window is necessary. "I liked the standard of cleanliness and maintained but was greatly disturbed by the noisy from the neighbourhood between 9pm to about 11pm. My first 3 nights but the last night was free of noise. The staff were friendly n happy to help only if they are requested. I can use the property again."

"Customer loyalty is lacking . I come regularly to your hotel and since I have to travel overnight and arrive early few hours before the checking , I have never once been offered breakfast nor a hot drink when you know your customer has had a tiring journey . You stuck to your policy ‘as one checks in at 12 you don’t qualify for a breakfast ! This for me is poor customer loyalty ! "
