"I had booked a hotel for family trip on 23jan2021 wherein i got the check-in date on 23jan and check out 26jan 2021 also received confirmation mail from hotels.com simultaneously will be paid the amount at hotel and when i reached at the Himanshu resorts at night on 023jan2021 then were refused to provide the hotel stay and they said that no booking was being denied as all rooms were occupied and when i tried to contact the hotel.com at night it could bot be done because service 9 am to 7pm only...

"Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. Bed was quite comfortable though linen needs to be laundry washed and not hand washed. "

"Had booked The Himalayan on a friends advise and I must say it was an amazing, out of the world stay for 4 nights . Just as in the pictures it gives a real feel of staying in a castle . The rooms were quite big and beds most comfortable. Of course the view from the windows of the snow capped mountains and Manali town below was just too good to be true. The property with beautiful gardens, a pool & cottages around it made us feel so relaxed and we felt bad when our stay was about to end. The persons at the reception were most polite and helpful to all our queries about how and where to visit around Manali. Every evening they had a map for us with all places marked out for our visits the next day. Of course I must mention the breakfast spread and few meals we had for dinner, just amazing. We will definitely come back & stay here again for our next visit. Thank you The Himalayan for making our holidays special."
