"Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again."

Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. "Our stay in the Fairfield was exceptional. From the beautiful foyer to the adequately sized and comfortable room, the hotel was very well appointed and provided all requirements. However the outstanding feature was the superb service offered by the staff. There was a high staff/guest ratio. "We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful "
