"The owner of this hotel and the staff were amazing! They made us feel like we were very special guests. The owner even acknowledged my birthday, which he had noticed looking at my passport. Attention to detail is certainly present in this hotel. We were there during the Loy Krathong festival and one day came back to the hotel to find a couple of decorations related to the festival and an explanation of the festival left in our room.
