All the carpeting was new. We stayed on the 2nd floor and without even asking we were placed as far as possible from the street noise. The bed was very comfy and shower had wonderful pressure.

Location for what we were needing was great and easy to get to. Staff were nice. Safe area. Close to the hospital. Unfortunately, it was very loud at night, felt like you could hear every foot step like a stomp from the floor you stayed on and from the floor above you. There was no water pressure in the shower, more of a trickle, and there were two cockroaches in our room. We have stayed here before and had an excellent stay, so this stay was very disappointing and we will not be back.

Overall I like staying at this hotel. The hallway carpets need to be properly cleaned or replaced. Coming off the elevator and seeing such a dirty and stained carpet really takes away from the nice rooms and lobby areal.
