"We had a lovely short stay at the Taj. Sree the guest service coordinator was warm and welcoming and went out of her way to assist. We ate at the Tamarin and also received excellent service from Bishu.All in all it was perfect for our layover in Bengalaru. "

"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles. Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. Main power shuts off when leaving room, reminders/ suggestion to reuse towels, but towels were replaced anyways. On top of all this the rooms, spa and food are great as well. "

"Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job and were snail paced. All guests were hassled at the checkout "

"Although we were only at this hotel overnight we enjoyed our stay, room big and clean, shower lovely and hot. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Thete was a good choice at breakfast, enough to set you up for the day. We would not hesitate to go back and spend more time here as all staff weet we helpful and friendly "
