"Reasonable place to stay, no issues, was comfortable. It’s maybe 10 mins walk from the corner of Oaxaca centro. The area is a lot quieter than centro itself, so late at night we felt slightly wary (we were two women) but the locals otherwise say it’s a safe area. It’s only 8 mins walk from ADO bus terminal which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Safe worked well. Service was lovely. Hot water was hot. I would recommend this place overall but staying closer to centro might be more convenient "

"Third visit, unfortunately during this visit they didn’t recognize my VIP benefits. Weird, because it wasn’t very busy and occupancy was low. Nonetheless, still a great hotel with excellent staff. "

I especially appreciated the access to readily available hot water for making morning teas, even if it was just outside our room. Would highly recommend and Oaxaca itself has much to offer."
