Scam hotel! I booked for a room with private bathroom but the hotel gives me shared bath. I complained to both hotel & expedia, the hotel keep denied my booking was private bathroom even I have all booking records. Expedia did nothing to help except telling me that they have follow up with the hotel. No room services during my 4 nights stay, not even toilet paper. Location is unbeatable but false advertisement. Disappointed with Expedia that allow such business to post and let clients fall to the trap.

This was a small room but it was clean. I liked how I was able to walk anywhere in London from here, or even take the train that's less than a mile away, give or take.

I just like lthe location. It was not ready for us. They were fixing the door. We wait 30 minutes downstairs. The bathroom was out of service. They gave us a public bathroom 3 floors down and it was not clean. No one to complain or give you a better choices. No air, hard to lift the only little window in the tiny room. No water. The minimum of the room you can think of. Do not stay here. Expedia, do not advertise this place. Terrible, it's better to stay in a hostel. Expedia, you should reembolse my money.

This property is vile. The beds are broken , the sink leaks , it smells and the doors are unsafe. Nobody comes to clean the bed linen or empty bins. They do not answer their phone and there is no one onsite to support you . Book elsewhere

Could not access my room, zero customer service and when given a number to call, no one picked up and call auto ended at 3min and 10 seconds every time. after over 1.5 hours trying, was forced to book a different hotel. Then when contacted they refused to refund me any money due to the terrible inconvenience and experience. Not to mention, we were only 1 of 3 people with same problem on same day and was told by other guest that this happens a lot. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy after this disgraceful experience.

The location is decent, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, etc…but the hotel itself is not a good one: Nobody responds to emails, no way to get code to room to get into the room, old and rickety, the main door was open so anyone could come in, safety was an issue for this….i ended up getting another hotel room as I was not able to get into our room

Property was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after the posted check in time. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the carpet, front door was busted open 2 days into our stay and not repaired even though I reported it. WiFi didn’t work for several days that we were there. But the worst was NO HOT WATER in the showers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my anyone.

The worst experience in my life! The two main doors remained unlocked all day and night due to a break in happened previous days. We couldn't have access to the rooms because they weren't ready until 4:00 pm. Hallways, stairs etc were dirty with same trash on the floor. No hot water etc. We feel frustrated, scared , we did not have the access code for the second room it was given by the cleaning lady, l called an texted many times, no answers while sitting on the floor waiting for our rooms to be cleaned, other guest were waiting for the same thing with us. The smell in the room was terrible the cleaning offered me a spray for my room even when l didn't ask for one. I truly believe l should have my money refund no from you Expidia but for the Oyo Oban Victoria Hotel, something needs to be done. I fell abused.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay. This place is a SCAM. I requested a late check out at 12pm which was approved by the manager. When we returned to our room at 11:50am, our door was wide open and there were construction workers working in our room with a sheet covering our belongings. The construction workers were told that they were authorized to come in, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Our room was on the first floor and anybody off the street could’ve gone in and stole all of her stuff. I called the manager and he stated that the check was at 10am and he did not authorize that. Previously, in the beginning of the conversation, I had him verify that he very well did give me a late check out and he agreed that he did and then took back what he said. I explained that I wanted a refund and he hung up the phone and refused to answer any of my follow up phone calls. I tried to call customer service and I cannot get through. On a side note, the hot water was broken and apparently the construction works stated it has been broken for a while.

Regular user of budget hotels. This one is truly awful. Was entirely locked out for one evening, with no support from hotel. Dirty room, no hot water, no towels, no side light, no iron. Awful

There are no staff on duty. The door to the room "worked" off a keypad. Twice I got locked out of the room despite having filled in all the required online form. Second time I waited two hours to be let in. So I grabbed my bad and left a day early

We were so excited to stay at the hotel, to get away for our anniversary, immediately got off to a bad start, the code I had been given in an email and message didn’t work on the front door of the hotel, I called up and a rude woman answered me and half way during the conversation she ended the call, I then called up a second time and a man answered telling me he was going to come to the door, he also gave me a complete different code which again didn’t work, and nobody ever came to the door to later realise there’s no reception, I called up another time and another woman answered and told me she can’t do anything about it, fourth time lucky a different man answered the phone and told me he’ll call me back with all of the details, I did have to wait 45 minutes before he called me back again, however he did help. I waited an hour in a city I wasn’t used to, before entering the hotel, check in said 2pm for the room, we got in at 2:15pm and had to wait 45 minutes on the stairs of the hotel, which may I add was very dirty. There was missing glass panels from the windows. The shower was too unbearably cold and when we spoke to someone staying in the room next to us he said he’s not had hot water the entire time, of the SHARED bathroom. This bathroom could barely fit one person into, you can step into the shower from the toilet, which made me feel so claustrophobic, not like I could use the shower anyways. My self and daughter went for holiday and found the room in a shocking state. There was dangerous poisoning rodent bait left under the bed, on the floor, and beneath the radiator, all accessible to children and pets. Additionally, the sheets/pillows were dirty I've spent the last two days monitoring my daughter to ensure she didn't accidentally ingest the bait. Unfortunately, she did touch and smell it, mistaking it for perfume. This substance poses serious risks; it can harm the skin on contact and damage the lungs if inhaled, potentially leading to severe consequences if ingested. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
