"We are originally from Hong Kong but now reside in Australia. Hong Kong will always be our second home and we love going back to Hong Kong. It’s the first time we stayed in Eaton, Jordan, Hong Kong. Didn’t know what to expect but after 8 nights stay, we absolutely fell in love the Hotel. Location is so central, just outside would be the Airport Bus that took us directly from the Hong Kong International Airport so we don’t need to spend big in catching a taxi. "I stayed here 5 times both for biz and for pleasure and generally happy with this hotel. I usually had a view of the harbor if I was on higher floors. Only complaint was the elevator taking forever to get in especially during check-out time. (The elevators were often filled up by upper floors’ occupants.) One way to solve this is to dedicate an elevator for certain floors like how some commercial office buildings do. "

"We were only there for 7 hours to fill in the gap between disembarking from a ship to going to the airport the hotel was great in accommodating an early check in - the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had comfortable beds."

"We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better."

"This is the 2nd time I stayed at Fraser Suite Shenzhen. Love the location, proximity to shopping and plenty restaurants to choose from. Facility is clean and quite well maintained. We were checked in by Zoey. She is warm, client focused and personable. She also assisted us with restaurant booking which was very much appreciated. "

NYE 2024/25 Staycation

"We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service. This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!"

"Fantastic::: the first Day I checked in I meet Daphne Du ( 杜雅玲 ) with warm welcome. Housekeeper Mary Zhang (4380) was Fantastic too. She brought me a Cloth rack for my washed clothing without asking. I Love this services. Highly recommended to this Hotel "

"The breakfast buffet is great. It has standard American breakfast with coffee and toast, and many different types of Chinese foods (rice soup, Chinese doughnuts, chow mein, pot stickers, noodles and etc..). Like the noodles soup station especially. The staff is very nice and the noodles soup is delicious!"
