Cadre similaire au descriptif, en revanche piscine sale (algue au fond), repas moyen et petit-déjeuner minimaliste. Rien à voir avec un hôtel 4 étoiles, le Spa on nous en a jamais parlé. Réceptionniste froide et pas serviable. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale (on nous a donné une chambre simple), si nous n'avions rien dit l'hôtel n'aurait rien changé. On a quand même dû passer la nuit dans cette petite chambre. Si je n'avais rien réclamé, ils n'auraient fait aucun geste ni aucun changement. Les seuls points positifs sont la propreté de la chambre, la chambre familiale (espace) et la gentillesse du monsieur au service du petit-déjeuner. Nous ne le recommandons pas.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale, al momento non espresso. Per un 4 stelle,trovare il frigo vuoto in stanza non è il massimo, parcheggi selvaggi, colazione con prodotti da discount. Nelle stanze forte odore di pittura fresca. Posizione buona, operazioni di check in e out veloci.

Struttura carina ma poco curata, accogliemza pessima, personale impreparato con ritardi di quasi due ore per l'assegnazione della camera; personale incompetente e poco professionale, pulizia al limite della sufficienza, colazione molto scarsa con poca varietà di cibo e anche in questo caso il personale non riusciva a gestire la pulizia dei tavoli venendo a mancare piatti, tazze, ecc; bevande calde non servite al tavolo, ridicolo per una struttura a 4 stelle, caffè espresso servito nel bicchiere di plastica. Esperienza complessiva mediocre con una sufficienza risicata. Non ci tornerò.

Troppa disorganizzazione e approssimazione
Attesa di 30 minuti per il check-in. Comunicato cambio di stanza per un guasto all’impianto idrico, per cui dal corpo centrale a due passi dalla piscina e dagli altri servizi come il ristorante, sono stato spostato in un edificio a 500 metri, posto in cima ad un’altura, poco percorribile a piedi per eccesso di pendenza, costringendomi a muovermi in auto, ogni qualvolta avessi necessità di raggiungere i servizi centrali della struttura. Mi era stato detto che, essendomi stata assegnata una camera più economica rispetto a quella da me prenotata (proprio perché decentrata rispetto ai servizi principali) mi sarebbe stato elargito un rimborso (non quantificato), cosa che non è poi stato possibile effettuare, in quanto il pagamento era già stato effettuato al momento della prenotazione. Nel pomeriggio prima della mia partenza, mi è stato offerto, in cambio del rimborso, un pranzo per 2 persone nel giorno in cui avrei dovuto lasciare la struttura (check out alle 11:00), o una cena per 2 per la sera stessa, ma non mi è stato possibile accettare per impegni pregressi e comunque non ero entusiasta della qualità della colazione che mi era stata servita dal ristorante. In ultima istanza, su mia proposta, abbiamo concordato per avere un aperitivo per 4 persone. Le chiavi della stanza sostituiva mi sono state fornite dopo 2 ore di attesa (il check-in era alle 15:00, le chiavi mi sono state date alle 17:00). La colazione era qualitativamente mediocre, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.

In teoria sarebbe un buon posto, ma necessita di molte manutenzioni. Bagni da rifare, è tutto rotto/inutilizzabile (dall’asse del wc, al cestino, ai rubinetti scrostati), serratura della porta rotta, cassaforte inservibile. Diciamo che se l’avessero mantenuto, non sarebbe stato male. Sicuramente il peggior albergo a Noto dove sia mai stato.

Ideal für die Auszeit
Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Autominuten außerhalb von Noto. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Aber ohne Auto ist es nicht möglich zum Hotel zu kommen. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber mit italienischen Charme. Und persönlich waren die Betten etwas zu weich (aber das ist Geschmacksache) Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück international. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Zum Wellnessbereich können wir nichts sagen, da wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Genauso wie zum Abendessen im Hotel. Unsere Empfehlung fahrt zum Essen nach Rosolini, nicht nach Noto. Dort gibt es tolle günstige Restaurants. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall an Paare weiter empfehlen, mit Kindern eher nicht.
