"Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel suits its purpose - a place to crash while in Thunder Bay. The breakfast is decent. The hotel is aging, but parts are currently under renovation. "

"We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. There is shopping all around not too far from the hotel and great restaurants. There was a slow storm the day we were leaving and the staff shoveled out to our vehicle doors. That was really nice. Overalll it was a great stay!"

"The stay was ok it was the check in that was …awful. The situation could’ve been hadled a millions times better. As the front staff female attendant was very brut to try to understand the situation and explain a solution calmly. Getting pushed aside doesn’t not mean a customer understands and maybe offering options could’ve helped "
