"Love El Rancho Hotel so booked again on my trip to AZ Not sure what was going on this time with hotel security. Went to the bar and was informed they could Only serve 2 drinks per person. If the hotel is having a problem with the locals they need to figure out better plan where paying hotel guest can enjoy there stay and not be limited. "

"The staff was exemplary in resolving the issue with Expedia’s payment. Although the delay was super annoying since we were worn out after driving 15 hours, the staff worked diligently to get Expedia’s glitch resolved and in our room ASAP. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and comfy!!"

"It's an alright hotel. Everything worked and it was pretty quiet. Lots of parking. The room is really small with a bad layout. The bathroom is also very small. The worst part is the bed. The mattress was really bad and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was free and the two times we ate, it was very good. They also have coffee ready downstairs very early which is nice. We usually stay at the Fairfield, and we will be going back to staying there again as the rooms are much nicer and we...

"This could be a perfect 10, $150 a night hotel if they just had a normal front desk and had a tasty breakfast with eggs and fruit. Also put a couple pairs of 25 cent ear plugs in the room. The trains woke me up a couple times. Keep the price under $100 get rid of the carpet and this hotel is the best!!!!"
