"I always enjoy going to Ellijay Georgia. When I reserved the room, stated that I would have a mountain view. If I had a mountain View I would have given it five stars but it did not. I was in the ground level way at the corner surrounded by parking vehicles."

She was rude and mumbled so we couldn't understand what she was saying. Other than that out room was perfect for us. The breakfast was adequate and in keeping with the charge for room."

"I checked in on Monday, 12/23 and noticed my room door didn't shut completely. Had to report it 3 times before it was addressed on 12/26. Couldn't fix it so I was moved to room next door which was fine. I know it was Christmas but there was no communication from the hotel to me until I talked to the manager, who was very nice. Everything else was great."
