"They let me check in late,which was good,but i did not get credited toward my rewards for the night,because they told hotels.com and me that they didn't havr record of my staying there,which was unfortunate,because i was low on money and it would have been my 10th night,and i was depending on the free night in another city Tje hostel was ok,but if you really need to collect nights,look elsewhere"

"Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall. Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave) Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived. No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home. "

"It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). "Please do not stay here when you arrive Sofia at night. You will not find it and if find it there is nó reception welcome you. Room is very basic. Toilette smelled bad and not have a really shower. Except private room, hostels may be much better and cheaper. Far away from center and not easy get to by public transportation. Communication is difficult. Please do not stay here if you are looking for cheap hotel. Overall is bad so it is expensive for everything ."
