"This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. ...
