"Hotel location is convenient - not central but still very close. The size of the room is also good. We had a few issues upon check in but the staff in the office and online were happy to help. What became a challenge was the entrance - the main door is closed from about 9pm to 8 or 9 am. I was traveling with my grandmother. You are redirected to enter and exit via the basement which has stairs and no elevator option. This became an issue with carrying luggage and after a long day of walking....

However, we never received anything, and they were not responsive on hotels.com message. In the end, I needed to call their 24-hour security hotline (as it was a weekend) for those details, which was really bad as they failed to do what they promised. Also, for check out, they sent an email to ask us our check out time, but after I replied, they never confirmed receipt of email. And...

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."
