"Walked into our room and the refrigerator was thrown out of its place the drawers were pulled out the filters from the air conditioning system where pulled out the frame around the bathroom door was broken. When we walked in there were about 20 air conditioning units just stored by the staircase. The place was not as pictured. But the manager Olga was friendly and helped us get a refund and apologized so that was the only nice thing about it. "
