"Overall I read the negative reviews and it was much better than what I expected. The food wasn't ok. The water is strange but not exclusive to the facility. Biggest problem was their check in policy. We experienced a significant weather delay during a layover which put our arrival close to 1am. I called and was told that if I didn't check in by 2am I would be considered a no show. I would need to rebook my visit which was for 3 nights and I wouldn't be able to check in until noon the next...

"The front staff was extremely kind. The lady upfront always made sure we had everything we needed, she even gave us a few pointers on what to do for our daughter birthday came up while we stayed there. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and they were very accommodating! Definitely would recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, nice and cold! The view was just as awesome too! "
