"Not the best 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at, but certainly not the worst. Clean, beautiful, quiet and comfortable, it mostly has everything you need. The single room is indeed a bit small, as others have noted, but still does the job. The shower is a bit small, and their handwash/ shower gel product, for some reason, smells a bit funny, but other than that, no real complaints. Tea, instant coffee and biscuits are provided in the room, which is a nice little perk. The elevator is still not...

"Decent room for a 1 or 2 night stay. We stayed for a night. Room was reasonable in size. Slightly Larger than the average room I've generally stayed in budget rooms..The shower room door did not close. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The window did not have a curtain but that wasn't too much of a problem 20.min walk from the Hammersmith Railway station. Has a couple of Pubs around. There's a Bus stop close by that can take you the station or other locations near by.. nothing much...
