"A good setting very central. Helpful staff and good cleanliness. The only negatives were why a family room with two double beds and booked for 4 only had cups and gowns/Towels for 2 and the bathroom tap was loose which although functional will only get worse with time. "

"Ibis was what it needed to be, a hotel near the airport. No frills, nothing fancy, just a bed and hot shower. The room was very plain with some cute style. The restaurant in the lobby was good enough. Staff at check it were friendly. "

"I loved just the area it being right front of the bridge to get a stunning view first thing in the morning waking up, the front desk was rally helpful and kind montserrat was really helpful and had helped me easily checked into the hotel. The hotel overall was amazing and in a great spot. I would come back here when I visit London again."
