"We had a wonderful stay for three nights over New Years. All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. "This is a lovely secluded place walking distance to the center. I loved coming back home after my trying and challenging tours. San Pedro is charming yet a very dusty town, but once I entered the hotel and my room everything was pristine.As it happens, they dont have an indoor heating system, yet the bed can be warmed up. "We really enjoyed our stay at Atacama Loft & Glamp. It was so beautiful to be outside in the dessert. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The 20 minute walk to town was worth the serenity. "I wouldn't recommend staying in Calama if you want to visit the Atacama on tourism (we made this mistake). Calama is a pretty rough town and we were warned about car thefts. That said this hotel was pretty decent. They have a bit of an odd setup with the sink being outside the bathroom which I felt was odd and the room was quite cramped. That said, it worked out quite well for our trip, if you do stay in Calama this hotel is a good option. "

"Excellent location. Good breakfast. Need to greatly enhance the check in procedures. It took nearly 90 minutes: Unprecedented and unnecessary delays. Fortunately, we survived that ordeal and found the place was more than decent. "

"We were in Antofagasta, as a base to tour the ESO Paranal Observatory. A remarkable value… 13th floor room, beautiful, quiet and well-appointed, with a small terrace, overlooking the bay. Enjoyed our breakfasts and our two dinners at the excellent seaside restaurant. Did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. "
