"This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!"

"No light / lamp attached to the light switch next to the entry door. Had to turn the mini-fridge off for a few minutes to get it to come on. Cheap shower head that needed de-scaleing badly. Room was clean and in good condition. Really could use more light. Check in staff at 7pm was not helpful. Said my room was in front, it was in back. Hard to determine room numbers at night driving through the parking lot. No room map was provided. All the ice machines were out of order. "
