"I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep "

"The staff at the Doubletree are always friendly and helpful. The property is beginning to show signs of age. The bathtub was clean but still looked dirty due to age. It was also quite cold in the hallway and room. It took a very long time to warm up the room. I think the windows are not very insulated. Closing the curtains fully did help. The ceiling had some water damage spots. Overall it was a nice stay but not the same Doubletree I remember staying in. "

"Hotel has very limited amenities, but the location is great if you're driving through Kansas City and want to stay someplace near good dining options. Beds were comfortable and sheets are very nice. Only complaint is they don't have the door dampers in the rooms set correctly, so whenever anyone lets a door close it slams very loudly."

"I had a slight problem checking in. I am 18, but was staying with my 22 year old sister. I didn't have her added to the reservation and I couldn't check in because I was underage, although it said nothing about that on the Expedia website. Instead of being able to add her at the front desk, I had to sit in an AI chat for half an hour. Other than that, I had an excellent stay! Very clean and nice staff."
