"The front desk staff were really really friendly and willing to help with any needs I had. Breakfast was ok; but nothing to rave about. Disappointed that all the bananas had brown spots; still edible but not satisfying. The pool was too cold; my kids didnt want to go in it and having a pool for my kids was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel; it would be the main reason I wouldnt go there again unless I called and was told the pool was heated now. "We come to Duluth a few times a year, and I’d always passed on this Motel 6 because it seemed to be in a not great location. Turns out the revitalized area has nice restaurants and interesting businesses. A great place for breakfast shares the parking lot. The room and hallways were very clean. Entry was only through the lobby which added to a feeling of security. It’s a great price. We will be back. "
