"Room was very nice with an ocean view. We book last minute and we're able to get a very nice room for the night. Also, the Indian place right up the road was outstanding. My only negative feedback is that the mattress is older and needs replacing. It's very stiff and lumpy. Not a huge deal for a night. The sheets and blankets were nice, though. "

"I can tell the property managers here really care about guest experience. We had a lovely time with the extra special touches they thought of. From cookies in the afternoon to the playground and nice fire pits and breakfast. This is our basecamp when we visit Seaside now!"

"It did have a great view of the ocean, and I liked the location. There's a very good restaurant 2 blocks away that we walked to, plus it's very convenient for getting into Newport and doing things there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a little dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. One thing they didn't mention is their pool is closed for rennovations until April or May? of 2025. So that was kind of a bummer to not know that ahead of time....
