Entire hotel was in great shape and very sound-proof which is rare. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even brought our dog along and they were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was great. Valet was busy but did a great job. Love the proximity to the Old Market. We have a couple of hotels we love in downtown Omaha but honestly the pet-friendliness of this hotel might make this the new go-to. "

"Parking is the only issue I’d say was an issue. If guests utilize the parking garage their tickets should be validated otherwise it is way too expensive and on street parking it hit or miss."
