"It was very cold as sash window wouldn't close due to poor painting. The heater was faulty, only managed to get it working the second night. This was a single room with a shared bathroom upstairs as expected however there was no toilet paper the first day and night in the bathroom and had to take the top of the cistern off to flush it. The bedroom smelt quite strongly of urine, the second night I discovered why, presumably the previous occupant had peed in the bin. The noise didn't bother...
