"I had some trouble finding out when the shuttle to the airport ran. It didn't seem -- from what I could learn from the people at the front desk -- that the shuttle had a specific time when it ran. That would have been much more convenient for me, since I could have planned my own movements. Having a shuttle that runs when people need it and call for it is fine. "We stayed here for two nights wanting to travel into New York City. The Desk staff were very helpful about using the busses and provided a copy of the schedule and detailed instructions. It was easy to get there. The room was very comfortable and I would stay there again. The reason for the one less star has to do with the food service. They claim to have a restaurant, but the desk staff did all the jobs, from making the food and drinks to serving it. I'm not sure who ordered the food, but they...

"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "
