"Grand entrance but the room was very small! No space for our suitcase and we had to lay them on the floor and jumped over them! Staff are friendly and taxi to the hotel from the airport only cost $30, not bad! My partner ordered a double espresso and it came very watery and horrible, costing $68 and it was served in a paper cup, how disappointing! "

"The complimentary hotel shuttle every 30 mins and luggage storage before check in and after check out was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunatley the pool was under maintanence during our stay but we were busy at Disney all day so didn't have much time for swimming. Disney was around a 10-15 min taxi ride away and cost around $30Aud. The closest shopping is Tung Chung Citygate for supplies."
