"This trip was a real fiasco, but the staff at Springhill Suites made things so much easier. Everyone was so so kind, and very helpful. Any issue I had, including extending my stay and forgetting an article of clothing, everything was well and considerately handled by staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, I truly felt like I was in a calm environment where I could just relax after a stressful day. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the cleaning staff were so hospitable, honestly I’ve never been to a hotel with such amazing staff. They should be really proud of their team."
