"The hotel is great fun and very close to the main station but the roads are hectic so crossing them takes ages There are lots of small shops and cafes in the area and it's easy to get around on the metro."

Excellent reception staff, offered assistance in booking packaged tour, ordering train tickets, offering directions. etc. I would book this hotel if I return to Taipei. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed. "Great service with nice, tidy, modern rooms. Plenty of water was provided daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were very helpful when we needed to change our check-in time, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good variety of options and everything fresh and well-prepared. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!"
