"Upon arrival we noticed the shower curtain had what appeared to be poo or chocolate. Pillow cases had hair tie between them. Pull out had no sheets. It felt like house keeping was cutting corners. Sidewalks not shoveled but parking lot was. Room extremely loud. Beds uncomfortable due to being worn out. The waterpark was nice and clean. Pop machine out of pepsi most the day. I told 2 different people. Still wasn't changed out until next am. Probably won't be back but we'll see."

"This was our first time staying here but we liked it. We had the 2 Queen bed suites for NYE. It was surprisingly quiet for NYE and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful and the owner/manager was constantly refilling and cleaning the area. The only issue we had was with the key cards not working. We had to go down to the office every time we left the room because the card wouldn't work. It is so close to King's Island that it will be where we stay in Mason from now on. "
