"Check-in was awkward--outside through a window with freeway traffic making it hard to hear. If I didn't have a reservation I don't know if I could have asked about a room and heard answers. The room was nice and mostly clean. But some things were missing -- no chair for the desk, no cups for the coffee machine, and no remote for the tv. The bed was too hard for my wife. The hot tub worked great. "
