"Billed as an "urban bed and breakfast" it is certainly that. Easy walking distance to the general downtown area and a little further walk to the RiNo arts district, it is conveniently located (hardly ever used our rental car). Breakfast was high quality and sufficient portions. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room decor was vibrant and fun and, in general the room was comfortable.
